THE HOTEL
Our hotel is built in the picturesque village of Matala situated on the south side of Crete. It is a family business established in 1975. The recently renovated hotel comprises of 72 beautifully appointed rooms including Family Rooms as well as four Adult Rooms. All rooms are comfortable and spacious and offer unparalleled views to the crystal clear waters of the sea which is located only 50 meters away from the hotel.
Since 1975 our goal has been to serve our guests in the best way possible in order to ensure a pleasant stay and truly memorable holidays for all.
In the hotel premises you will find a restaurant overlooking the azure sea, two swimming pools, one for adults and one specifically designed for children with ample lounging space around them, a pool bar, a playground and a fully equipped gym.
At the reception area you will be given all the necessary information for sightseeing, excursions and small adventures. The region is filled with myths and stories. Do not hesitate to consult us for anything you may need during your stay.

Beach
The hotel is situated 200 meters from the scenic village of Matala and only 50 meters from the awarded with the blue flag beach of Matala. The blue flag symbolizes cleanliness and safety and so does the presence of a lifeguard and the available first aid. On the beach you can enjoy your meal or coffee while gazing at the ocean. In addition you can visit the famous coves that used to be Roman or Paleo-Christian tombs, as well as a refuge for the hippies also known as the flower children during the decade of the 60’.

Restaurant
Guests can enjoy their breakfast, lunch or dinner any time of the day while gazing at the exceptional beach and the crimson painted sky during sunset.
An ala carte menu is available for your further convenience.
The breakfasts consists of filtered coffee, tea or hot chocolate, orange juice, bread, butter, jam, cheese, ham, eggs, tomatoes, homemade cake, yogurt with honey, and cereal or muesli and it is served from 8 o’clock until 10 o’clock in the morning.
The evening meal is served in buffet style from 7 o’clock until 9 o’clock at night.
The variety of choices and Greek specialties will compliment anyone’s satisfaction.

Bar
The bar is open throughout the course of the day (11.00-??.??) and will keep you company by the pool and restaurant with chill out music and with cocktail parties almost every night.

Swimming pools
There is a large area with two swimming pools, one for adults and a separate children’s pool with complimentary sun beds besides the bar. Guests can relax and sunbath under the everlasting sun or enjoy a refreshing dip into the pool. The pool can be used between the hours of 9.00-21.00.
